Language

 

All submissions and presentations must be in English.

Oral Option

 

Applicants can request consideration for a prestigious oral presentation slot.

Presenter Limit

 

Maximum of one individual presentation (abstract or case report) per person.

Publication

 

Accepted submissions may be published in conference materials. For case reports, appropriate patient or legal guardian consent must be obtained prior to submission.

  • Maximum: 350 words

  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Body text: 12 pt
  • Title: 14 pt
  • Line spacing: Single
  • Margins: 2.5 cm / 1 inch
  • Headings: Bold
  • Alignment: Left

Title and keywords

  • Title: maximum 20 words
  • No abbreviations
  • 3–5 keywords

Authors & affiliations

  • Full name
  • Institution or hospital
  • City and country
  • One corresponding author email

Figures and tables

  • Maximum 1 figure or table

  • Affiliations: 28–32 pt
  • Section headings: 36–40 pt, bold
  • Body text: 24–28 pt
  • Figure captions: 20 pt or larger
  • Font: Arial or Calibri preferred
  • Line spacing: 1.0–1.15

  • No limit

  • At least one author must be present during the poster presentation.
  • Posters must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx), and a PDF version must also be provided for printing.
